As early as 1977, Peter Röthlisberger was involved as a young cabinet maker in the development of the first pieces of furniture for Röthlisberger Kollektion. He officially joined the family business in 1981 and just one year later assumed responsibility for the furniture collection, establishing its international reputation. For over forty years now, he has played a decisive role in shaping the design language of the collection, always in close collaboration with external designers and architects. Peter Röthlisberger currently heads the company as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
